    The national unified free repair service 400 hotline provides hotline service throughout the year (except national legal holidays). When the equipment purchased by the customer fails or needs technical support, you can call the 400 service hotline. The company has professional technicians to provide online guidance and troubleshooting; if you can‘t reply online, the customer service Engineer will contact the customer within 4 hours to inform the solution.
  • About door-to-door service
    If the engineer‘s telephone guidance cannot solve the problem, the company will arrange the engineer to provide on-site service within 48 hours after the customer reports for repair.
  • After sales service policy
    Our series products are provided with a 12-month warranty period (the extended warranty will be negotiated separately). During the warranty period, spare parts and door-to-door service are provided free of charge, and the obligation of repair or replacement is performed during the warranty period. The user shall ensure that the equipment is placed and used within the specified environmental indicators (including temperature, humidity, voltage, altitude, etc.), and the user shall be responsible for the product damage caused by the user‘s human factors.
  • About paid maintenance services
    If the product exceeds the warranty period specified by the company, or the product fault or damage is not caused by the conditions described in the warranty service, the customer can choose paid maintenance service. The specific charging standard shall be separately agreed by Party A and Party B according to the fault phenomenon and door-to-door distance.
  • About exchange service
    Within 30 days after receiving the product, if there is a product quality problem, our company will replace it free of charge. (the defective products shall be sent back to our company, and our company shall replace the new machine in time after confirming the receipt of the defective products)
  • Installation and commissioning policy
    Our company does not provide free door-to-door installation and commissioning services. If the consumer requires door-to-door installation and commissioning services, the fees for door-to-door installation and commissioning shall be charged according to the specified standards.
