With over 15 years of experience in commercial display and smart hardware development, Gaven leads LEVINKO's engineering team and customer customization projects. He oversees every stage of product development, from technical evaluation and feasibility analysis to prototype validation and mass production. Working closely with hardware, software, touch technology, display panels, mechanical design, and manufacturing teams, Gaven helps customers develop reliable OEM and ODM solutions. His practical approach ensures that customized requirements—including interfaces, operating systems, mounting methods, and application environments—are fully evaluated for long-term reliability and production readiness.

Zoe has more than 10 years of experience serving global customers in the commercial display industry. She leads LEVINKO's international sales and account management team, supporting distributors, system integrators, SaaS providers, and brand owners throughout the entire project lifecycle. From product selection and requirement confirmation to quotations, sample coordination, production follow-up, and delivery, Zoe works closely with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure every project progresses smoothly. Quality Control Team Manager

With over 10 years of experience in quality management, Lin Hai is responsible for maintaining LEVINKO's quality standards across the entire production process. His team oversees incoming material inspection, in-process quality control, functional testing, aging tests, final inspections, and shipment verification. Working closely with engineering, production, and suppliers, he drives root cause analysis and continuous improvement whenever quality issues arise. His goal is to ensure every product consistently meets approved specifications, customer expectations, and international quality standards before it reaches the market.
